Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

Return window

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery of a direct KINGEAR order. Contact info@kingear.net before sending anything. Unauthorised returns or parcels sent to the public correspondence address may not be accepted.

Return eligibility

Provide proof of purchase and return the item with its supplied components and packaging where reasonably possible. Items showing misuse, unauthorised modification, deliberate damage, excessive contamination or use outside the instructions may be ineligible except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changed-mind returns

For an eligible changed-mind return, the customer may be responsible for authorised return shipping and the original expedited-shipping upgrade may be non-refundable where law permits. Any deduction will be explained before authorisation.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Contact us promptly with the order number and photos or video. If the claim is confirmed, KINGEAR will provide the remedy required by the policy and applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, refund or authorised shipping support.

One-year limited warranty

For one year from the original purchase date, KINGEAR warrants ThermoTongs against eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. Coverage does not include normal wear, cosmetic change that does not affect function, misuse, accidents, commercial abuse, improper cleaning or storage, unauthorised repair or modification, or failure to follow supplied instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection when a return is required. Financial institutions can take additional time to post the credit. We will send confirmation when the refund is initiated.

EU/UK and other statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits cooling-off, conformity, repair, replacement, refund or other rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory. Where local law is more protective, local law controls.

Amazon purchases

Begin an Amazon return or refund through the Amazon order used for the purchase. Product warranty questions may still be sent to KINGEAR with proof of purchase.
