What is ThermoTongs?
ThermoTongs is a pair of 12-inch cooking tongs with an integrated digital food-temperature probe that returns a reading in 1–2 seconds.
What are the red tong tips made from?
The red tips are food-grade silicone and are heat-resistant to 260°C / 500°F.
Can I use it indoors as well as at the grill?
Yes. Its one-tool workflow is useful at outdoor grills, griddles and in home-kitchen cooking. Use it only within the heat and care instructions in the supplied documentation.
Is the product shown on the site the product I will receive?
The product gallery includes photographs of the actual ThermoTongs, its retail box and integrated probe. Scene images are used to demonstrate cooking context without changing the product design.
Does ThermoTongs replace safe cooking guidance?
No. A thermometer gives a reading; the cook must use the safe minimum temperature and handling guidance published for their location.
Is ThermoTongs a leave-in thermometer?
No. ThermoTongs is an instant-read spot-checking tool. Insert the probe for a reading, then remove it rather than leaving it in food during cooking.
Is ThermoTongs dishwasher-safe or waterproof?
Do not immerse it or put it in a dishwasher unless the supplied product manual expressly confirms that method. Clean the food-contact surfaces and follow the included care instructions for the display and charging area.
What comes in the package, and is it gift-ready?
The package includes KINGEAR ThermoTongs with its integrated probe, product documentation and the KINGEAR retail presentation box shown on this page. Additional gift wrapping is not included unless it is offered at checkout.

Using ThermoTongs with confidence
Where should I place the probe?
Insert it into the thickest part of the food and avoid bone, fat and gristle. For thin foods, approach from the side so the sensing area reaches the center.
How do I know when the reading is ready?
Hold the probe in the center of the food. The temperature response takes 1–2 seconds. Check more than one spot when thickness is uneven.
How should I clean it?
Clean the food-contact surfaces after every use and follow the supplied product documentation for the display, charging area and storage. Do not assume immersion or dishwasher compatibility unless the manual expressly confirms it.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Standard: CA$6.85, 10–20 business days. Express: CA$16.44, 3–7 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracked shipping is used for direct KINGEAR orders. The tracking link is sent through the transactional email connected to the order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support as soon as possible. We can request a change or cancellation only before fulfilment begins; shipped orders must use the return process.
Who supports an Amazon order?
Amazon purchases follow the order, delivery and return options shown in the Amazon account used to place that order. Direct KINGEAR orders are handled through KINGEAR Support.
Purchase protection
30-day returns. One-year limited warranty.
What is the direct-order return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an eligible direct KINGEAR order. The item and proof of purchase must meet the conditions in the published return policy.
What does the one-year limited warranty cover?
The limited warranty applies for one year from the original purchase date to eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or normal wear is not covered.
What should I include in a return or warranty request?
Include the order number, purchase channel, purchase date, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video when they help show the problem. Never send payment-card details.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Eligibility depends on the reason for the return and the final published policy. Any applicable return shipping or non-refundable charge will be disclosed before the return is authorized.
