Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

This policy explains what KINGEAR collects, why it is used, who may receive it and how to exercise privacy rights.

Information we collect

We may collect contact, billing, delivery, order, payment-status, account, support, warranty, device, browser, cookie, consent and website-interaction information. Payment providers process full payment credentials; KINGEAR should receive only the information needed to confirm and support the transaction.

How information is collected

Information comes from forms and checkout, customer communications, cookies and server logs, service providers, carriers, payment partners, fraud-prevention tools and social or marketplace platforms when you choose to interact through them.

Affiliate applications and program records

Affiliate applications, account records, attribution records, commission ledgers and payout records are retained for 24 months. At expiry they are deleted or anonymised, except only the affected records under a documented dispute, chargeback, fraud review or legal hold. Each hold records a reason and review date. Verified export or deletion requests go to info@kingear.net and Nicolas King responds within 30 days or a shorter applicable period.

Accounts and social sign-in

Account creation is optional. If you register with email, KINGEAR sends a password-setup link and may connect eligible guest orders placed with that address. If you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, the provider confirms your identity and may share your verified email, name, profile identifier and sign-in token as needed to create, link and secure the account. The provider also applies its own privacy terms.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to perform orders and requested services, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the website, comply with law, improve the store, measure performance and send marketing only where a lawful basis exists. Depending on location, the legal basis may be contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent.

Sharing

Current service providers include Pressable for hosting and platform infrastructure; WordPress and WooCommerce for content, cart, checkout and accounts; WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual for localized storefronts; WooCommerce Tax and WordPress.com for tax calculations; Alibaba Enterprise Mail and FluentSMTP for operational and transaction email; Complianz for consent choices; Pressable Gauges plus Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, for consent-gated statistics; and Google or Facebook when a visitor chooses social sign-in. Google Analytics 4 may receive consent status, page and product interaction details, market locale, cart or order values, currency, product identifiers and a transaction identifier used for purchase and refund deduplication; KINGEAR does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, customer notes, payment credentials or OAuth tokens in these analytics events. Google or Facebook may receive and return the account information described in the Accounts and social sign-in section and apply their own privacy terms. Carriers, professional advisers and public authorities receive information only when needed. PayPal is not active at the date of this policy. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager remain blocked unless Statistics consent is granted and are not configured for advertising cookies or advertising consent.

Cookies and consent

Complianz stores and applies your consent choices. Essential storage supports region selection, the cart, checkout, accounts and security. Pressable Gauges and Google Analytics 4 delivered through Google Tag Manager are classified as Statistics and are blocked until Statistics consent; withdrawing that consent blocks new requests. Google advertising consent categories remain denied, and these services are not configured for marketing cookies. Recognised Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Use Manage Consent shown on the site to review or withdraw a choice.

Affiliate referral cookie

With Marketing consent, a valid affiliate link may set the first-party kingear_affiliate_ref cookie for 30 days. It contains only the approved affiliate code and supports last-click commission attribution. Withdrawing Marketing consent clears the cookie and stops new link attribution. Assigned affiliate coupons can still provide coupon-based attribution at checkout.

International transfers

Because the store serves several countries, information may be processed outside your home country. Where required, transfer safeguards such as approved contractual clauses or an adequacy mechanism will be used.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, warranty, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations. Access controls, encryption in transit, updates and service-provider safeguards are used, but no internet system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about use and disclosure. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of qualifying sale or sharing, limit qualifying sensitive-information use and receive equal service. EU/EEA/UK users may complain to their supervisory authority.

Children

This store is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable digital-consent age. Contact us to request review and deletion if you believe a child submitted information.

Requests and contact
