Order processing

Orders are reviewed for payment and delivery information before fulfilment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Delivery estimates and charges

Available methods, charges and estimated windows are displayed for the selected market and confirmed at checkout. Estimates can change because of customs, weather, carrier capacity, address issues or other events outside reasonable control. If a US direct order cannot ship within the promised time, we will seek consent to a delay or provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Tracking

Direct orders use tracked shipping where available. Tracking may take time to activate after the label is created. Contact ericl@kingear.net if tracking remains inactive beyond the normal carrier update period.

Address accuracy and changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Send a correction immediately; changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or refused address may be deducted or invoiced where permitted.

International customs and taxes

Any duty, import tax or brokerage treatment will be identified at checkout when supported. Where charges are not collected by KINGEAR, the recipient may be responsible to the carrier or local authority. Do not assume an unlisted charge is included.

Delay, loss or damage

For a damaged parcel, keep the package and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. For a parcel marked delivered but missing, check the delivery location and carrier notice, then contact us so a trace can be opened. Remedies depend on the investigation and mandatory local rights.

Amazon orders

Delivery, tracking and shipping changes for Amazon purchases are handled through the Amazon account and policies used for that purchase.
